Analyze survey responses with ChatGPT, or with RawQuotes

ChatGPT can analyze an uploaded file, such as a CSV or Excel export of your survey answers, answer questions about the data, and summarize it in text, a table or a chart. RawQuotes is built for written feedback: it groups the answers into named insights and lets you check each one word for word.

What RawQuotes adds

The same rules apply wherever the feedback came from.
Feedback from every source, in one project
Put a survey on any page with one script tag, upload a CSV, Excel or JSON export, paste a batch of e-mails, or send items through the API from n8n, Zapier or Make (Basic and Pro). Everything in a project is read together.
Every insight opens into its quotes
Word for word, nothing shortened or paraphrased, and exactly as many as the count says. Each quote shows its source and the question it answered.
A count instead of a guess
Below ten complete responses, no insight is named. You see how many you have and how many are missing, with a link to the raw feedback.
Shrinking or growing
Compare a week or a month with an earlier one. Every insight shows its share in both and how many percentage points it moved. On Basic and Pro, you can also name insights of your own to follow from run to run.
A failed run says it failed
If a recalculation fails, you get the last successful result with the date it was calculated, never a stale number posing as fresh.
Sensitive details masked first
E-mail addresses, phone numbers and IBANs are replaced before any text reaches our AI provider. Masking is best-effort, and names are not masked.
